Small projects come out of the same monthly credits as your routine care. Most minor fixes fit comfortably inside a single visit, so they simply get done while we're already there.
For anything larger, we give you a clear estimate first, and you can top up credits at published rates. No surprise invoices, and no pressure — just a yes or no before any bigger work begins.

Materials for minor repairs are included; any larger parts are itemized up front.
